After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Cal Poly Pomona in 1994, Phil worked for 2 top Orange County architectural firms in California, but he was always an entrepreneur at heart. So, in 1998, he started his own architectural consulting company. But at the same time, he agreed to help his father to create and manage a crown and bridge department for his small dental removable restoration laboratory in Westminster, CA. In short order, the dental lab business quickly expanded. In response, Phil sought out strategic partnerships with local labs and businesses to manage the increasing crown and bridge case work load. This experience as a whole proved valuable because it gave him a broad view at the dental restoration industry. In 2001, he met the owners of the newly formed NEO Dental Laboratory who were looking to expand their business as well. And with a handshake, a partnership was formed...
Phil met his wife in high school and they have been married for 22 years. They have 3 children and a dog and reside in the beautiful city of San Juan Capistrano, CA. |

Brenda has involved with every aspect of the NEO organization since she joined NEO in 2003 . Her energy and passion for life was, and is, the catalyst that the company needed for growth in the early years. She took the initiative to navigate through murky waters of all aspects of dental laboratory management like a true entrepreneur. Versatility, She finds The buck stops here But it was second nature to Brenda and she is responsible of the overall day-to-day operations of the laboratory and all aspects of office management.
