You can send Cerec scans through Sirona connect portal directly.
Click the icon to go to the CEREC Connect portal. Enter your CEREC- Connect User ID and password, which will open the “Restoration Data” tab. Click “add my favorite lab” and just enter in Neo Lab’s address or just the zip code (1041 S Placentia Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831). Follow the steps to your shopping cart, Enter your User ID and password under “Confirmation.” Then click “Prescription” to send the case to Neo Dental Laboratory.

Must send iTero scans through Align Technology portal directly since it is a closed architecture system. Neo Dental Lab is a Full Partner lab with iTero Align Technology. Search us by our iTero account number #23047.
You can also send Trios scans through 3 shapes portal directly.
Add Neo Dental Lab to your list of labs. On the doctor’s 3Shape Communicate enter [email protected] to add Neo Dental Lab to the drop down list. Once confirmation received select Neo Dental Lab from the “Laboratory Selection” drop down List.
Export your intra-oral scan as a .stl file and send to Neo Dental Laboratory.
Add Neo Dental Lab to your list of labs. On the doctor’s 3Shape Communicate enter [email protected] to add Neo Dental Lab to the drop down list. Once confirmation received select Neo Dental Lab from the “Laboratory Selection” drop down List.
